instore Technologies, Inc. is a retail technology company based in the United States. We help shoppers discover product availability at nearby stores and reserve items for in-store pickup.

We partner with retail brands to show real-time store inventory on their websites. Shoppers can check which nearby stores carry the product they're looking for and optionally place it on hold. When reserving an item, shoppers provide their name and phone number to receive transactional SMS updates about their reservation.

instore operates a transactional SMS messaging program to support in-store product reservations. Shoppers explicitly consent to receive messages by providing their phone number and checking a consent box on the reservation form.

Messages shoppers may receive:

• Reservation confirmation with store details and a cancellation link
• A reminder when their hold is expiring soon
• A notification when the reservation has expired
• A confirmation if the reservation is cancelled

Message frequency varies (typically 1–5 messages per reservation). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. We do not sell or share opt-in data for marketing purposes.
